Three doors. Which one sounds like you?
One to one with me
By message on Telegram or live on Zoom. From £77.
By message on Telegram
Coaching by voice note and message for AuDHD brains that think better without a camera. No live performance. No masking required.
Why Telegram, and how it works
Sometimes the last thing you need is another Zoom call. You don't want to perform. You don't want to find the right words in real time while masking your face into something appropriate. You don't want to remember everything that was said the moment it's said. You just want someone in your corner, who gets it and who'll think alongside you without needing you to be on.
You can be on a train. You can be on a school run. You can be in your pyjamas with the dog on your lap. You can listen back to a voice note when your brain finally catches up to what was said. I can meet you from wherever I am too, which means I can be more present, not less.
A few things to know. Telegram is an app like WhatsApp. In The Hour we go back and forth for the full sixty minutes. Across The Day there are natural pauses between exchanges, sometimes 20 minutes, sometimes longer. That's the format, and for a lot of AuDHD brains those pauses are the whole point.
Outside the agreed window, I'm not on Telegram. That's deliberate. It's what makes this format sustainable for me to deliver and trustworthy for you to receive.
You'll get my Telegram username on booking. No phone numbers exchanged. If you want to keep working together after a session, you're welcome to book another at the same price.
Cancellation: I ask for 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Within 24 hours of your booked window, sessions aren't refundable.
The Hour
£77
Something is happening this week and I cannot think straight about it.

One hour. One Telegram window. One thing that needs untangling.
This is for the days when something specific has knotted itself up in your head and you need help working it loose. A decision you keep going round in circles on. A conversation you can't stop replaying. A feeling you can't quite name.
You bring the tangle. I bring lived experience, grounded reflection and the kind of support that doesn't try to fix you because you're not broken.
And here's the bit that makes The Hour different: on my coaching days you can book with as little as 2 hours' notice. The booking calendar shows exactly what's free. For the wobbles that won't wait until next week.
You'll get
- A 60-minute Telegram window with me using voice notes, messages or both
- Back and forth with me for the full hour, with my full attention
- A prompt before your window so you arrive ready
Best for: one decision, one knot, one moment that needs working through today.

Me, in your pocket on Telegram, from 10am to 4pm on a date we agree.
This is for the days you can't do alone. The day of the hard conversation. The day of the meeting you've been dreading for a week. The day of the appointment that's going to ask a lot of you. The day you're telling someone something big like a diagnosis, a decision, a no.
For six hours, I'm with you on Telegram. You message and voice note me before, during and after the thing happens. I respond as I'm able to across the day. Not instant, but with you in real time, in the actual moment, while it's actually happening.
It's the difference between booking a coaching call beforehand that you'll have half-forgotten by the time the thing happens and having someone in your corner while it's unfolding.
You'll get
- Six hours (10am to 4pm) of Telegram access with me on a date we agree together
- Voice notes, messages or both, whatever your brain wants that day
- A prompt before your day so you arrive ready
Best for
- A difficult conversation you can't keep avoiding
- A meeting, review or interview you're dreading
- Telling someone something big: a diagnosis, a decision, a no
- An appointment that's going to be a lot
- A deadline day where you have to make and act on something hard
- A transition day: a job ending, a child starting school, a chapter closing
